Page Visibility Criteria

How it works: Page visibility rules control which users see each page link in the navigation. Super Admin always sees all pages. The Finance page is automatically restricted to Super Admin and Finance department members by default. Rules are enforced both in navigation (hiding links) and on page load (redirecting unauthorized users).
